2. About Confident Mum Co.

Confident Mum Co. provides coaching services designed to be future-focused and supportive in nature.

Confident Mum Co. does not provide therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, medical advice, or crisis support.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative partnership that supports the Client in maximising their personal potential and wellbeing. Coaching is a future-focused, non-clinical process and is not psychological counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any form of mental health therapy.

The Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or the resolution of past trauma, and that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. The Client enters into coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for their own choices, actions, and results throughout the coaching process.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional or appropriate services.

4. Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Coaching does not guarantee specific results

• You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional help where required

• You will communicate openly and honestly throughout the coaching process

 

5. Confidentiality

The coach recognises that anything the client shares with them is regarded confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The coach undertakes not to, at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions. Confidential Information does not include information that is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others. In such circumstances, the Coach may take appropriate action, which may include encouraging the Client to seek additional support or, where legally required, sharing information with relevant authorities or professionals.

6. Eligibility

Coaching services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only.

By using this website or booking services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

7. Bookings & Payments

All sessions and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payment details are processed securely via Wix.com. Confident Mum Co does not store payment card details.

 

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

 

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

• Payments for individual sessions or programmes are non-refundable once coaching has commenced

• This applies to both paid-in-full and payment plan options

• Refunds are not offered for missed or unused sessions

This does not affect your statutory rights.​

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, resources, downloads, and materials provided during coaching, remains the intellectual property of Confident Mum Co.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
